Evernote – A tool to help you capture thoughts, images, web-pages, pdfs, to-do’s and more.  Syncs with your smart phone or web-page.

Dragon Dictation  - A speech to text program.  Talk into your iPad or iPhone and your words are instantly transcribed.  Faster than typing!  Use Dragon Dictation to write emails, notes, send facebook or twitter updates, and more.

Note-taking
