UNC-CHAPEL HILL

GLOBE / GIS Institute.  10/19 - 10/20/2001, 11/02 - 11/03/2001, and 11/15 - 11/16/2001.  6 CEUs.  This course for teachers of grades K-12 will help teachers implement the GLOBE (Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment) Program combined with GIS (Global Information Systems) mapping.

Middle Grades Math Tools and Technology.  11/02/2001.  Follow-up.  7.2 CEUs.  The follow-up will provide continuing support for teachers as they implement new materials and strategies in their mathematics instruction.
