What: Speaking on Ethnic Conflict in Sri Lanka

Tuesday, March 27

Who: Falun Gong practitioners
When: 12-1 PM
What: Demonstration of Falun Gong, explanation of exercises and current persecution
Where: The Pit

Who: Keynote speaker, Dith Pran, Cambodian photojournalist and survivor of Cambodian Holocaust
When: 5:30-6:30 dinner discussion with Dith Pran; 6:30-9 movie
What: Showing of The Killing Fields following a talk/discussion

Wednesday, March 28

Who: Ambassador Brenda S. Schoonover, Diplomat-in-Residence

What: Anti-Hate Crimes Vigil followed by Take Back the Night rally and march

What: A mock minefield complete with life-size "victims" and mock mines in order to educate the student body through visual "props" about the current issues surrounding minefields; come out and win prizes!

Who: Campaign to End the Death Penalty
When: 7 PM
What: Speak Out on Criminal Justice
Where: Peabody 104
 

Friday, March 30

Who: Taffy and Dr. Herbert Bodman, experts on Islam
When: 12:00-1:00pm
What: Brown bag lunch discussion; An objective look at the current situation in Afghanistan
