Seth Bordner
Graduate Student

Seth received his B.A. in philosophy and political science from Bloomsburg University in 2001. He also has Masters degrees from Virginia Tech (2003) and UC Irvine (2006). His primary area of interest is the history of early modern philosophy. He also has topical interests in philosophy of science, philosophy of religion, philosophy of sport and political philosophy. Seth will probably end up writing a dissertation on George Berkeley, defending an interpretation that has been called "patently absurd" by at least two scholars who have published on the matter. He lives in Carrboro with his fiance and their cat.
