Emily M Kelahan
Graduate Student

Emily Kelahan is a third year graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her B.A. in philosophy from Illinois Wesleyan University in May of 2005.  She received her M.A. in philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May of 2007.  She wrote her Master's thesis on clear and distinct perceptions of extension in Descartes' Meditations.   Her area of interest is the history of modern philosophy.  She is particularly interested in Descartes and Hume.  Emily served as the Outreach Coordinator during the 2006-2007 academic year.  For more information about the Outreach program, please visit the Outreach Program Website.
