Eric Mandelbaum’s interests include the philosophy of cognitive science, the philosophy of mind, the philosophy of psychology, and the philosophy of science. His most recent talks and papers have been on folk attributions of responsibility for the mentally ill, numerical modularity, and the psychology of political extremism. He is writing his dissertation thesis on the irrationality and modularity of learning and belief fixation.
