Megan Mitchell graduated from the College of Wooster with a double major in Philosophy and Black Studies, and has just completed an MA at Howard University. Megan's interests are in ethics, social and political philosophy, and ancient, especially Aristotle. Megan has particular interests in issues of identity, race and racism. She recently defended her master's thesis on Tommie Shelby's We Who Are Dark. Megan has studied abroad in Uganda, and received Honors for her year-long senior Independent Study Project at Wooster on the problems that Ugandan orphan crisis presents for various conceptions of political philosophy.
