Stephen Leonard,
Associate Professor of Political
Science, received his graduate education
at the University of Minnesota. He teaches courses in the history of
political thought and analytical political philosophy. His research
interests are the philosophy of social and political inquiry, contemporary
European social theory, and early modern political theory. He is currently
working on studies of the history of political science, theories of
political education, and the development of republicanism.
