Graeme Robertson, Assistant Professor of Political Science, received his B.A. from Oxford University (1990), an M.A. in Russian, East European and Central Asian Studies from Harvard University (1997), and his Ph.D from Columbia University (2004). A specialist in Russian politics, Graeme’s work focuses on labor, contentious politics and the development of interest representation after the establishment of formal electoral institutions in post-Communist states and elsewhere. He has recently contributed articles to Comparative Politics and the Journal of Democracy.
