Suho Bae (graduated 2005) has been interested in policy analysis and evaluation, state and local finance, and public investment. He has a BA in Public Administration from Kyung Hee University, Seoul, and a MA in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. His doctoral dissertation is titled Infrastructure, Private Sector Production and Location: Sectoral and Regional Differences.

Before coming to US, he has worked as a Researcher at the Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) in Seoul. Currently he is working as a Research Scientist at the Nelson A. Rockefeller Institute of Government in Albany, New York.
