The High Point Library has a public computing center.  Classes are available to learn how to use a computer mouse, to learn how to use the internet and to learn how to use email.  Contact the library to find out when classes are scheduled.  If a group wishes to participate, ask about making arrangements for a special group class.  There is no fee for these classes.
Adapted equipment is available to make using a computer easier for persons with some disabilities. You can email Amber Brown at the Assistive Technology Project for suggestions.

or call her at: 336-716-8030
You can also borrow equipment free of charge from the Tadpole program.  You can place your order online. You should look for adapted computer equipment under the Computer category.
