Spring Arts Festival: Artsplosure 2000

An annual Triangle-wide celebration of the arts. Highlights of the free community event, held indowntown Raleigh, include international jazz and regional blues performers, 200 juried visual artist exhibits and children's activities. More than 70,000 people are expected to attend this year. Held on Moore Square.
