Available to SEANC members exclusively
Group Voluntary Life Insurance, underwritten by Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company, with
the following features:
- Competitive rates! As low as $8.00 per month
for $100,000 coverage for SEANC members under age 35.
- Guaranteed issue for $100,000 coverage amount
for active SEANC members who are under the age of 60 and apply
within 180 days of employment with the state.
- Dependent coverage for $25,000 is also available
for the spouse and dependent children age one year to 19 years
(to age 25 if a full-time student) are eligible for Life Insurance
in the amount of $10,000, and children 14 days to one year for
$500. This too is
guaranteed issue when a member applies with an initial application
during the first 180 days of employment.
- Premiums
are payroll deductible with your SEANC membership dues.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance:
- FREE
$1,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit with membership
- Members can purchase additional amounts from $25,000 to $500,000
of Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance at very competitive
