Kirill is a bright new star in Russian rock music. He is the most innovative, revolutionary artist, combining his clever lyrics with interesting musical arrangements. He started as a member of "Prisutstvie" group at 1985 where he wrote lyrics to all the songs. He now is performing as a soloist, or with friends Michail Bashakov and Konstantin Arbenin. He is a frequent guest of "Nashe Radio". He tours the USA the first time and will give a single concert on September 11th in RTP.

As part of the Durham Concert for Peace, the local Russian folk band Kraski will perform a short music set to represent Durham's sister city of Kostroma, Russia. Sister Cities of Durham and Durham Children's Choir are sponsoring the event.
