Music and the Arts in Wroclaw: Present and Past

Mr Kosendiak is currently Director of the Wratislava Cantarens (an international festival held in Wroclaw) and cultural advisor to the Mayor. He is supervising the construction of a new concert hall for the city, while continuing to teach music history at the Music Academy and conduct a professional choir. He was formerly supervisor of music education for the entire country of Poland.

While at UNC-CH, Mr Kosendiak will also work with music students, conducting several Polish pieces on a concert of the UNC Baroque Ensemble in Person Hall on Friday evening April 28 at 8:00pm. That concert is free.
