The Collaborative Studies Coordinating Center (CSCC) is a division within the Department of Biostatistics of the School of Public Health at the The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As the coordinating center for a number of multi-center studies, it provides statistical, data management, quality assurance, and study management services. The Research Division is responsible for executing the CSCC's study management for those studies with active development and for providing professional-level support for publication activities. The Data Base Management and Data Entry System programming groups are responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of data management systems.
The Statistical Computing group is responsible for executing the data analyses required for the publications and quality control responsibilities. CSCC staff members, provide and oversee data entry and data management services, data documentation, statistical computing activities, and statistical analysis consultation.
