Leadership Advantage is a program of UNC‘s Leadership Institute. This is a six-session comprehensive leadership program for first- and second-year UNC students. Students are selected for participation based on leadership potential and motivation for success. Approximately 30-40 students will be selected to participate in the Leadership Advantage 2012 program.
