The Leadership Institute program, part of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs’ broader Leadership Institute, is an intensive seven-session leadership program for academically successful sophomores and juniors from historically underrepresented populations. Students are selected for participation based on leadership potential, academic standing and motivation for success.
