Dr. Bryan has been with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since 1964, and has been honored many times for his work. He also serves as governor of the American College of Physicians for North Carolina.

"Financial incentives that reward either undercare or overcare weaken health care professional - patient trust and must be prohibited. Similarly, business arrangements giving power to control patient care decisions to employers, administrators, and corporate executives rather than to health care professionals are unacceptable and should be proscribed.”

Dr. James A. Bryan, School of Medicine

Dr. Bryan is not available for speaking engagements in the spring of 2010.
