Dave Moreau, Ph.D.
Dave Moreau is professor of water resource and environmental planning and chair of the department of City and Regional Planning in the College of Arts and Sciences. He also holds an appointment in the department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering. As a member of the faculty since 1968, he served as director of the UNC system's Water Resources Research Institute, and as senior associate dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
