Writing Center Workshops and Events

Please note the letters at the beginning of each workshop or event.
  • ELAC (English Language and Culture) workshops are for international students and scholars who want to learn about American English and American culture.
  • PROF SCHOOL workshops are for graduate students enrolled in professional school programs at UNC—for example, Education, Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, and Allied Health.
  • GENERAL workshops are open to any member of the UNC community.
  • For other workshops, please read the description to determine whether the workshop is appropriate for you.
