Services

We offer electronic letterhead in Microsoft Word, formatted according to official University graphic identity guidelines. We charge $70/hr for this service and it generally takes about 45-60 minutes to create one template. It will take less time per template if you order several at once. For example, It may take 2.5 hours for 10 templates. If you'd like to proceed, please fill in form below. If you have more templates than we've allowed space for, please use the check-box at the bottom of the form to signal us to contact you for additional information. We will email a PDF proof within 10 days, and once we have approval, we'll send the final Word template.

Please spell out Campus Box (not CB) and use periods instead of hyphens with phone, fax, and other numbers (919.123.4567, not 919-123-4567). If you’ve had letterhead printed by Printing Services and would like us to duplicate this, please fax a copy of your printed letterhead to 962-5167. Just updating an existing template?
