The Leadership Academy, a program of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs' Leadership Institute, is a three-session comprehensive leadership program for first-year students attending UNC-Chapel Hill. Students are selected for participation based on leadership potential, academic standing and motivation for success. Approximately 40 students will be selected to participate in the Leadership Advantage 2008 program.
This year's program is sponsored by Deloitte, Kenan-Flager MBA Program, Teach for America and Ernst & Young.
