National Association of Black Journalists Internships
- Who: Must be a student member of NABJ. To obtain NABJ print internships, students must have prior experience at collegiate or professional media that allowed them to write basic news stories for publication or to do basic copy editing, graphic design or photojournalism in print, broadcast or online media for publication.
- What: Students are placed in 10-week paid internships with newspapers, television & radio stations and on-line news services across the country. NABJ's paid summer internships give students hands-on reporting, editing, shooting and design experience in professional settings.

United Negro College Fund Corporate Scholars Internship Programs | UNCF and corporate partners
- Who: The ultimate goal of the program is to ensure that successful corporations have a ready pool of well-trained, ethnically diverse young professionals who can create the products and efficiencies companies need to compete in the dynamic, globally integrated marketplace of today. Eligibility requirements are different for each program.
- What: UNCF Corporate Scholars Programs help college students gain invaluable professional experience through paid internships at America's leading Fortune 500 corporations and national organizations. Students also receive up to a $10,000 scholarship. Many of the internships are renewable.

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Internship Programs | Washington, DC
- Who: CBCF Congressional Internships are open to full-time college undergraduates in good academic standing.
- What: CBCF Internships offer college undergraduates from across the nation the opportunity to learn about the legislative process, leadership and team development. CBCF provides interns housing and a stipend to cover related expenses.
