G. Edward French Scholarship Application Form

To be considered for the G. Edward French Scholarship, the applicant must submit by the second Friday in April the following:

· A completed copy of this application.

· A copy of the applicant’s college grades (may be printed off the Web).

· A letter of endorsement from a member of the clergy, professional staff member, or responsible parishioner.

· A proposal for a service project for the parish, diocese, community, or the larger world.

· A personal statement describing the applicant’s financial needs and providing evidence of past or present active involvement in the mission of the Church, whether at the parish or diocesan level or through outreach to the community or world at large.
