House Scholarship Application Form

To be considered for the House Scholarship, the application must submit by the second Friday in April the following:

· A completed copy of this application.

· A copy of the applicant’s college grades (may be printed off the Web).

· At least two letters of recommendation, one of which should be from a faculty member with whom the applicant has studied at UNC.

· A personal letter of application addressing the applicant’s eligibility for the scholarship and a statement of personal goals and objectives.

· A statement of need must be on the file with the UNC Financial Aid Office.
