The
responsibility of leadership for the Episcopal Campus
Ministry is shared by three main sources: the students,
the University Committee, and the Associate Priest for
Campus Ministry.
Each
Spring Semester the students of ECM elect new Student
Chaplains to fill the shoes of graduating seniors.
It is these students who facilitate
the weekly Tuesday night fellowship and program.
The University Ministry Advisory Committee is a vestry committee
of the Chapel of the Cross that advocates campus ministry;
engages the parish in pastoral outreach to the university
community, and serves in
an advisory capacity for the Rector,
Vestry, and Associate for Campus Ministry.
The Associate for Campus Ministry leads the intentional
development of Christian leadership skills among participants
in ECM and directs, through information
and leadership, the avenues of service available on
campus, in the community, and
to the larger world.
The Facaulty Advisor is the organization's link to the University and participates in ECM activities. |
