Tuesday Night

ECM's gathers weekly on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Cross. Programs may include Eucharist, music, visiting speakers, and fellowship. The program time is always followed by a dinner prepared by one of the family groups. It is during our time together on Tuesday evenings that we plan most of our retreats and outreach work.

Retreats

In addition to our annual Beach Retreat, ECM goes on an overnight retreat every fall with other retreats possible in the spring, and offers many opportunities on the Diocesan and Provincial level for retreats and conferences.

Outreach

Chapel of the Cross maintains an active partnership with Habitat for Humanity, and ECM takes an active role in building houses and organizing work with Habitat for Humanity. In addition, ECM is active in parish fundraisers such as the ABC sale, which this year generated more than $20,000 solely for area charities and parish outreach work. A new program for 2006 is our commitment to Camp Coast Care, a join Luthern and Episcopal reconstruction outreach project to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina relief and reconstruction.

In addition to our weekly fellowship meetings, the Chapel of the Cross offers four Eucharist services every Sunday, at 7:30, 9:00, 11:15 a.m., and 5:15 p.m., and a 9:00 p.m. Sung Compline, and welcomes students in all aspects of parish life.
