Professor Brown: Chancellor Hooker is flying in from Boone where he's been at a meeting of the Board of Governors, so he will arrive momentarily. But we will proceed with the meeting. We'll begin with two memorial resolutions. George Lensing will re ad for Alan Keith-Lucas.
