Section 9. Review by the Board of Governors

Effective January 1, 2004. A decision by the Chancellor not to reappoint a faculty member may be appealed to The Board of Governors. Requests for review by The Board of Governors shall be made in accordance with the requirements of The Code of The Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina Policy Manual. [Added 1/1/04]
