Permanently Based Aircraft
The total number of aircraft permanently based at Horace Williams Airport will not exceed fifty.
Monthly Rental Rate
Aircraft permanently based at the Airport, in conformance with applicable policy, are charged the established monthly rental rate for the space assigned.
Request for Aircraft Parking Spaces
The Manager will accept requests for rental of parking spaces and will maintain waiting lists on the following priority basis: University-owned aircraft, AHEC aircraft; aircraft belonging to faculty, staff, and students of the University; government agencies such as the US Forestry Service; and all others.
Lessees must complete the application for aircraft parking space and conform to the provisions therein.
University Control
The University reserves the right to control the rental of hangar and tie-down facilities and to deny the use of the facility to any aircraft or to any person.
University Hangar
No aircraft parked in the University's large hangar may be moved except under the control/supervision of Airport employees. Exceptions and/or violations should be reported to the Manager.
