Automotive Vehicles
Unless authorized by the Manager, no highway or automotive vehicle may be operated at the Airport except on roadways, parking areas, etc., that are specifically designated for such vehicles. Parking of all vehicles on Airport premises must be in the manner prescribed by the Manager, as indicated by posted signs.
No Surface Vehicles on Runway
No surface vehicles are permitted on the runways, taxiways, aprons, or ramps without the express permission of the Manager unless the operation of such vehicle is in accordance with prior agreement to accomplish a necessary Airport purpose, service, or inspection.
Aircraft Right-of-Way
No person may operate any vehicle in a careless or negligent manner, or in disregard for the safety of other persons or property, or in excess of posted speed limits. All aircraft have right-of-way over all surface vehicles.
Surface vehicles must give way to aircraft and observe speed limits.
Accidents
Every accident involving injury or property damage shall be reported to the Manager.
