General Information
The Construction Management Department has primary responsibility in the following areas:
- Administering capital improvement construction contracts;
- Providing inspection services during construction, including the scheduling of all construction meetings and formal inspections;
- Reviewing plans and specifications from a technical constructability standpoint; and
- Representing the University in all construction contract disputes and hearings
Organization
The Director of Construction Management reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Planning and Construction.
Location
Management offices are located at CB# 1080, Giles F. Horney Building.
