Improperly Delivered Materials
Due to inadequate addressing or because of misdirection by mail service, certain items and documents pertaining to capital improvement projects may be delivered in error to the using department. These may include bonding company and auditor requests for contractor information, Federal agency forms, grant payment checks, and other data related to the project, all of which should be sent only to the Construction Management Department.
Any item received by the using department should immediately be forwarded to the Construction Management. No other department, including the using department, is to make any response to outside parties concerning construction projectrelated requests.
