Financial Reporting and Management Services is responsible for the following:
- the University's external financial reporting;
- the University's interface with the North Carolina Accounting System (NCAS);
- preparation of the University's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR);
- preparation of the University's Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) Finance Survey;
- coordination of financial audit and compliance activities;
- preparation of the University's Unrelated Business Income Tax return (form 990T);
- other financial management reporting services.
