Procedure
A purchase of a subscription for newspapers, magazines, and periodicals may be effected by a Purchase Requisition or Check Request when the purchase is made directly from the publisher. Subscription service requests (a clearinghouse providing multiple magazine, periodical, and newspaper titles to the department for a fee), however, must be comptetitively bid among the vendors who provide these services.
Mailing Address
All subscription purchases from University-administered funds must be mailed to a University business address.
