Free Copies of Prints
Small quantities of prints can usually be provided without charge, subject to the availability of stock materials.
Large Quantities of Prints
For larger quantities of prints or for intermediate copies on paper or film, a charge is made. The unit charge is based on the reproduction materials used. A statement of the amount of the charge will be included with the reproduced material.
Manner of Payment
The requesting department reimburses the Facilities Planning for reproduction charges by requisitioning a check or preparing and forwarding a Account Adjustment (AJ-1) form to Accounting Services.
