Degree candidates and faculty members participating in the May 21 Commencement may acquire academic regalia through UNC Student Stores.

Options and Deadlines

Custom UNC & generic regalia sale: On sale March 20 - March 24 at a savings of 10% on a complete doctoral outfit.
Econo regalia: On sale at Student Stores May 8 - May 21. No advance ordering is needed.

Faculty & Ph.D. candidates rental regalia: Rental regalia is only available in generic black. Please order by April 2 1. After that date the renter must pay the shipping, and our supplier may need to substitute another hood for the standard one.
