SUBJECT:	Employment Policies for Instructional and Research EPA Non Faculty Employees

 

I am writing to inform you that the Employment Policies for Instructional and Research EPA Non Faculty Employees of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have been revised to reflect several minor changes. These changes have been made to comply with a delegation of authority from General Administration in November, 1998 for Senior Academic and Administrative Officer EPA Non Faculty employees, to clarify bases of prohibited discrimination, and to formalize time frames for bringing and addressing grievances.
