SUBJECT:	Employment Policies for Instructional and Research EPA NonFaculty Employees

I am writing to inform you that the Employment Policies for Instructional and Research EPA Non Faculty Employees of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have been revised to reflect the fact that the Board of Governors has clarified that the policies apply to EPA Non Faculty employees who are classified as Instructional and Research EPA Non Faculty employees. On November 13, 1998, the Board of Governors adopted slightly different policies for EPA Non Faculty employees who are classified as Senior Academic and Administrative Officers.
