I write to encourage you to support Employees (SPA and EPA Non-Faculty) considering election to our campus Employee Forum. I have found that the Forum has brought a unique and valuable perspective to campus life, and has been most effective in finding ways to improve University programs and operations.

Subject to departmental constraints, I hope that you will encourage staff election as delegates to the Forum and participation in other Forum-related activities.
