Academic and Health Affairs tuition and fees schedules   (http://www.unc.edu/depts/finance/cashiers/summersch.htm) for the Summer of 1999. Please note that charges are on a credit hour basis as mandated by General Administration.

Please distribute this information to all personnel in your departnIent so they will be aware of the new per credit hour rates. In accordance with State law, payment for tuition and fees is due at registration. Students who register during Early Registration must pay tuition and fees by April 30, 1999 for the first session and by June 11, 1999 for the second session. Accounts not paid by these dates will result in cancellation of registration for the session(s) registered. Students who register during Term Registration must pay prior to being able to access registration.

Students who are expecting financial aid in an amount sufficient to cover their charges for tuition and fees may complete the Tuition and Fees Deferment Form and turn it in to the University Cashier by the above due dates for Early Registration. If financial aid is not sufficient to cover the entire cost of tuition and fees, the Tuition and Fees Deferment Form must be turned in along with a payment for the unfunded amount to the University Cashier. To access registration for Term Registration, you must furnish proof that you are expecting aid (the Tuition and Fees Deferment Form is invalid during Term Registration) and pay any unfunded amount.

Any adjustments, changes, or corrections to tuition or fees charges on student accounts should be brought to our attention during the registration period.
