Safety is important!
While we encourage an interest in chemistry from students and parents, it is important to note that certain chemical reactions can be dangerous.
Please use caution when supervising your children in any experiments they want to try at home. As always, safety goggles are a must and can be purchased for a few dollars at a hardware store.
If you have any concerns or questions contact your school's science department and ask about what precautions should be taken for your specific experiment.
