Carolina Donor Services (CDS) - is North Carolina's official organ procurement agency. They also work to increase organ and tissue donation awareness throughout the state. CDS sponsors Life Takes Guts.

United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) - administers the United State's Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (established by Congress). They manage data about every transplant, facilitate organ matching and placement, and help develop organ transplantation policy.

Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) - maintains the national waiting list and relevant data.

OrganDonor.gov - is the United States's government's official organ and tissue donation and transplantation website. It is maintained by the Health Resources and Services Administration.

Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients
(SRTR) - supports the evaluation of the scientific and clinical status of solid organ transplants in the US.

National Marrow Donor Program - helps those who need a marrow or blood cell transplant by connecting patients, doctors, donors, and researchers to resources.


Coalition for Donation - alliance of national and local organizations dedicated to inspiring all people to Donate Life. (Donate Life and Done Vida logos are service marks of the Coalition for Donation.)

Done Vida - information about organ donation in Spanish. Developed by the Coalition for Donation.

American Society of Multicultural Health and Transplant Professionals
(ASMHTP) - promotes donation among minorities and advises on such issues.

Students for Organ Donation
- works to promote organ donation awareness and registration on college and high school campuses.
