Use 1 teaspoon of mixture per cup for strong flavor. Use 1 teaspoon of mixture to each 2 cups of water for a lighter tasting tea. NOTE: All of the ingredients listed are used in dried form. All the fruits, except the strawberries and the raspberries are cut or chopped into very fine pieces. The herbs & spices are either crumbled, rubbed or as with cloves & allspice used whole, but you could substitute a small amount of ground spice for them if whole not available. When crushed the herbs can release their flavor, oils & aromas into the teas. |
