The Englebardt Family Home Page!
Welcome.
Come on in, stay awhile, and meet the folks. If you have any questions,
or would like to get in touch with anyone in the family, use the eMail
forms at the bottom of the page. Start with our prides and joys!
Birth Announcement:
The latest addition to our family.
Karen and Adam Phillips (parents) and Carolyn and Bruce Phillips (proud
new grandparents) of Samantha Cole Phillips. She's beautiful...like
her parents (and maybe grandparents!). We welcome a 'pink' member
of the family...we're not used to that!
And another Birth Announcement:
Madeline Mahla and her parents Chip
and Lee welcome Charles Robert Mahla, III (Trey). We consider Maddy
and Trey our west coast grandchildren. Grandma Sheila knows first
hand that he's a delightful, happy, complacent baby and his sister is a
great big sister!
Pictures coming soon.
Our Boys:

Aaron 6 years

Carson 3 1/2 years - enjoying
the Arts Fair

Max in a school picture - 2 1/2 years
Nicholas looking normal!
Our surrogate granddaughter - Madeline Mahla...
.
We look forward to sharing Maddy's baby brother Trey who recently joined
the family !!
What's New with the Englebardt
Family
Our boys are all growing by leaps and bounds.
We can't believe that Nicholas is 1 1/2 years old, walking, beginning to
talk and growing all too fast. Carson is almost 4 going on 35...wise
and bright beyond his years. Max is 2 1/2, refuses to talk to his
grandparents on the phone but has the most engaging smile. Aaron
is a first grader, is 6 1/2 and is reading at a 2nd grade level.
The most fun is watching the 4 of them together -- they really have fun.
AND Aaron and Carson are the 'best' big brothers. They really enjoy
their little brothers a lot.

Sheila and Art moved into their new home in September and are working hard
at getting it to look like their dream retirement home. Here are
pictures of their annual trip to the British
Virgin Islands.
-
Artcelebrated his 65th birthday on April 14th - what a blessing to keep
adding on the years. Hr had a wonderful birthday weekend with all of his
grandsons and children, a surprise ice cream and cake party and dinner
out with the family.
-
Sheila is doing well. Had a good check-up recently and is looking
forward to presenting a paper in New Zealand. Art and Sheila leave
for NZ on April 26th! They will spend 6 days in Auckland while Sheila
attends the International Nursing Informatics Congress, then they will
enjoy 10 vacation days (part of which is a golf outing on the South Island
for Art - his 'real' birthday present).
-
Ellen and Mike moved into their new home in December and are settled.
They are now ready for the NC planting season in their new yard.
-
Eric and Beth are settled in their home (new last year) and now raking
lots of leaves in their huge yard.
More details next update!
