"Myths and Tall Tales: Folklore in African American Culture"

This event will explore the role of folklore as a tradition and staple in African American culture and history. Our Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Valerie A. Johnson of Bennett College. Panelists will include: Dr. William Ferris, Dr. Trudier Harris, and Michelle Lanier.
- Lunch will be provided, therefore we request that you register in advance.
