Registration is now available online at the Friday Center: http://www.fridaycenter.unc.edu/pdep/iaar/index.html. Registration also is available via fax, phone, and email (for more information, see the Friday Center website). Space is limited. Early registration is encouraged.  Registration closes on January 21, 2009.

Registration Fees Are As Follows:

  • Faculty, Administrators, and Community Members: $40
  • Postdocs $15
  • Graduate Students $10*
  • Undergraduates: Free

* Registration will be free for the first 25 UNC graduate students who register. Registration also will be free for the first 25 Duke graduate students who register. For more information about these limited number of graduate student scholarships, please contact the symposium coordinator at bwacademy09@gmail.com.

 

Note: The plenary session with Dr. Beverly Guy-Sheftall and Dr. Yolanda Moses on Friday, January 30 is free and open to the public.  However, registration is required for those wishing to attend the sessions on Saturday, January 31.  The registration fee includes a continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday.
