Faculty Networking Consortium
2007
The Institute of African American Research announces its 2007 Faculty Networking Consortium. The Consortium seeks to unite NC faculty whose primary research interests lie in African American and black diasporal studies, generally. Most importantly, the Consortium is an opportunity for faculty to “meet and greet” colleagues with similar research programs, to exchange research ideas, and to share their experiences as professionals in the academy. The Networking Consortium will be held on Saturday, August 25 at the Sonja Haynes Stone Center for Black Culture and History from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
