On Wednesday, October 24th, Japan Club is happy to present a Kimono Workshop with information about history of the garmet, a demonstration of full formal traditional dress, and a chance for all attendees to try on informal kimono for themselves. The meeting will start at 6:00pm in New West 219, and we'll serve a snack at around 6:30.
Our meetings do count as Asian Studies events for Japanese classes so be sure to come out and knock one of your event requirements off the list! |
